Kidnapped Saddam defense lawyer killed (updated)

Saadoun Janabi, the defense lawyer involved in the trial of former Iraqi president Saddam Hussein, who was kidnapped by unidentified gunmen Thursday in Baghdad, was shot dead on Friday, police said.
