Saturday yard workin

Just mowed the grass
this has gotta be the fall day of fall days
slight breeze
coolish
I can't remember a more beautiful one in all my days
not a cloud sans jets
all that's missing is the smell of burning leaves
a college football game on neighbors radio


a lil more breeze than I want to burn in today
that is ok since my brush haulers are away
I do need to churn the compost too
that will have to be next week
I think my tiller will still run with a lil ether coaxing
fall cut lawn smells divine
I can smell the apples I run over mixed in
a pungent half rotten ciderish smell
